The hotel is peaceful and fairly clean, nestled in a traditional building with particularly nice view over the sea and marina.

Everything was wonderful, amazing location short walk to ferry to Cinque Terre or other islands as well as nearby park, really great experience. Booked a room with particularly good views on to the sea. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there was a nice bathroom...

The hotel is fairly clean and the stuff are wonderful and fantastic. An a double room with water views has basic facilities you need.

A hidden gem with stunning views and a perfect location near the quay and promenade. Our sea view room was comfortable and the hotel allowed us to store our luggage after checkout. a pleasant stay.

The staff was very pleasant and went out of their way to get you anything that you needed. Views of the mountains and bay were spectacular. Easy access off of bus route and reasonable rates for taxi and water taxi to area locations.

Elevator was new but extremely slow and not easy to use.

The staff was excellent and always helpful. The room was terrific with a panoramic view of the sea. The location of the hotel was perfect....near absolutely everything you could want for an authentic italian seaside experience, proximity to grocery store, excursion boats, shopping, restaurants etc. The value of the room related to cost was excellent. If you want more room, and are a single, book a double room. All in all a wonderful experience and i'd stay there again.

This not a complaint about the hotel itself, but the area is very difficult to park in and it costs 8 euros/day if you pay in the box, or via the hotel, 12 euros a day. However if you don't mind the walk, you can probably park way up the hill with no problem and walk down to the hotel and town. The point is, parking is an issue to be dealt with and is probably quite challenging at the high season.

The hotel provides excellent service. The rooms at the venue are practical and spotless. The fantastic breakfast with a seaside view is a highlight. The location is marvelous and charming, just a 5-minute walk to Portovenere.

Outstanding location, wonderful sea view, wide breakfast choice, helpful staff, comfortable and clean room.

This was my 2nd stay at your hotel,due mainly to position and proximity to Tuscany.

the issue of parking should perhaps be explained in 'map form' to show exactly where you can park with a hotel ticket espescially if there is a client who does not speak/read Italian.
